Cancellation, Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges:
Cancellation Policy:
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our Customer Services department within one hour of placing your order during working hours. Orders processed outside of these hours cannot be cancelled. If payment was made by credit or debit card and the cancellation complies with this policy, we will initiate a refund or reverse the authorization as soon as possible. Please note that the timeframe for the refund to reflect on your account may vary.
Returns and Exchanges:
To return your order for a refund or exchange certain products, please inform us within 2 days of receiving your order. Return the products to an agreed store or designated drop-off point (if available) promptly and in the same condition as supplied, with the original packaging and a copy of the relevant invoice. Please ensure that any items provided free-of-charge with the products are also returned.
Refund Process:
Upon receipt of the returned/exchanged products, we will process a refund excluding any delivery charges paid. However, please note that shipping fees for returning or exchanging products are the responsibility of the customer.
Warranty Exclusions:
Please note that warranty does not cover physical damage or electrical problems or damage to products.
